Everything can be taken from a person but one thing: the last of human freedoms - to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way - Victor Frankl

"I have an eclectic background in senior management, pastoral care, and mental health advocacy, This very much informs my approach to therapy. For me, effective therapy comes from a positive interaction between the client and the therapist. It is my view that life experience should be brought to bear in the therapy room. My approach is informal and tailored to the needs and goals of my clients. I understand coming to therapy can be a difficult step to take; that is why I'm passionate about client care."
