Tracy has provided counselling in private practice, for the Education Authority and a number of counselling agencies, and has worked with a broad range of issues. Tracy is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds BA Honours Degree in Person Centred Counselling from Queens University Belfast.

How I work: face to face only
Therapy offered: Person Centred, Integrative, Psychodynamic, CBT, Humanistic. Short and long term work
Frequency of sessions: Weekly attendance expected
Specialisms: anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, abuse, stress, self-esteem, work related issues, reslience building
Free consultation: 20 minutes by telephone
Fee per 50 minute session: £50
Cancellation fees: cancellations made less than 24 hrs before appointment charged full session rate
Concessions available: 10% discount for students and unemployed
Payments accepted: cash/bank transfer. Payment required 24hrs before session for bank transfer.
Available: Tuesday 1:30-7:30pm, Wednesday 9-3pm, Thursday 3-9pm, Friday 3-7pm. Saturday options may be available on request
