Anna has previous experience of working in GP practice and charity settings. Anna holds a BSc Honours in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I provide a confidential and safe space for you to explore your emotions and life experiences so you can start to understand your feelings and why you may be feeling lost or confused about something in your life that you'd like to change."

When I see clients: Monday to Thursday 1 to 9pm
Therapy offered: Integrative - psychodynamic, person-centred, existential.
Frequency of sessions: Weekly attendance required, short or long term.
Specialisms: self-esteem, gender identity issues, trauma, bereavement, anxiety & depression, eating disorders, anger management, stress, relationships, work related issues and life changes
Free consultation: 25 minutes by telephone or Zoom
Fee per 50 minute session: £60
Cancellation fees: cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointnent charged full session rate
Concessions available: yes, sliding scale
Payments accepted: cash, card, paypal, or bank transfer, paid day before the session
Additional Information: Sessions available in English or Polish. LGBTQ allied, neurodiversity and ethnicity inclusive
