Gavin has a broad range of clinical experience and has worked in various contexts including many years teaching young people with special educational needs and emotional/behavioural difficulties. He has extensive experience as a counsellor, clinical hynotherapist and tutor/lecturer, specialising in crisis counselling, suicide prevention, substance misuse, and improving memory and performance. He holds an MSc in Psychology, a Diploma of Higher Education in Counselling and is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the General Teaching Council N.I., is a Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society (BPS) and Senior Registered Member / Advanced Practitioner / Supervisor with the General Hypnotherapy Register.

Therapy offered: Integrative Psychotherapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution Focussed, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness, NLP, EFT and Time Line Therapy, and Advanced Practitioner Hypnotherapy. Short and long term work
Frequency of sessions: Weekly attendance expected

Free consultation: 20 minutes via zoom or telephone
Fee per 50 minute session: £60
Cancellation fees: cancellations less than 48hrs before appointments charged £20, same day cancellations or no shows charged full session rate
Concessions available: Sliding scale for students
Payments accepted: Bank transfer to be completed 24 hrs before session or block advance payments
Available: Fridays 10-5pm and Saturdays 9-2pm
