Isabel has extensive experience working in the fields of mental health and general medicine, having worked in a variety of roles in statutory, non-statutory and in private practice since 2004. Isabel holds a BSc Honours degree in Psychological Trauma and a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling as well as being a qualified nurse. She is an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

How I work: face to face, online and telephone

When I see clients: Wednesdays & Thursdays 9-5pm, Fridays 10-4pm and Saturdays 10-1pm

Therapy offered: Integrative, person-centred, holistic and somatic psychotherapy. Short and long term work.

Frequency of sessions: I am flexible around frequence of attendance and can offer weekly or biweekly sessions, which is open to ongoing negotiation

Free consultation: 30 minutes

Fee per 55 minute session: £50

Cancellation fees: cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment charged £20. Full session rate if same day or no show

Concessions available: yes, negotiated on a sliding scale. Discounts for students on negotiation

Payments accepted: cash, paypal, or bank transfer, paid same day as session
