"I provide a compassionate, safe and understanding space where we work together to explore and bring awarness to what is holding you back. We are all impacted by our pasts, but they do not need to define us in the present. Throught the safety of the therapeutic relationship, we can learn to understand and accept ourselves as we currently are. Therapy then identifies the ways of behaving, thinking and acting that are no longer helpful. Understanding this gives us insight and the ability to make long lasting changes. My role is to empower you to find the courage to be your true self."
