Nora has worked as a counsellor for over ten years, supporting clients in both private practice and for local charities in Northern Ireland and Scotland. She is experienced working with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement , low mood, trauma, loneliness, family and relationship issues and addiction. She works with individuals and also supports trainee therapists.
Nora is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds a Diploma in Counselling for Children and Young People from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh and a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Counselling Skills from University of Strathclyde (Glasgow) , both of which are BACP accredited.

Who I work with: individuals, adults aged 16+ and students
How I work: face to face, online & telephone
When I see clients: Mondays 9-5pm, Wednesdays 12-5pm and Thursday 9-1pm
Therapy offered: Psychodynamic and integrative person-centred. Short and long term work
Frequency of sessions: Weekly preferred
Specialisms: self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, stress and life changes
Free consultation: 25 minutes by telephone
Fee per 50 minute session: £55
Concessions: low income and students £40-45
Cancellation fees: 48 hours before scheduled time incurs £10 late fee. No show or same day cancellations incur full session fee
Payments accepted: cash or bank transfer
