    Patricia worked in Health Promotion and Education for many years before training as a therapist. She greatly values the power of the therapeutic relationship in bringing about change, hope and healing. She is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

    Who I work with: one-to-one with adults over 21

    How I work: face to face only 

    When I see clients: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12-6pm

    Therapy offered: Person Centred, Integrative, Psychodynamic. Short and long term work - this can be negotiated individually

    Frequency of sessions: Weekly for 4-6 weeks preferred, then agreed on an individual basis as required

    Specialisms: anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, stress, trauma, family and relationship issues, life changes

    Free consultation: 20-30 minutes by telephone

    Fee per 50 minute session: £50

    Cancellation fees: discussed and agreed directly with clients

    Concessions available: yes, on an individual basis by negotiation

    Payments accepted: cash or bank transfer on day of session
