‘Connecting’
WHAT IS IT?
The pressures of today’s busy world can make having satisfying connections with ourselves and others difficult. This can begin to show up in various ways, including -
- Being with and interacting with others all day but still feeling lonely
- Feeling unfulfilled, unsatisfied in family relationships and friendships
- Isolating oneself or simply ‘going through the motions’ with others
- A feeling of ‘something missing’, of ‘I am not enough’, or ‘I should be doing more’
This group experience is an opportunity to slow down and connect - become more aware of yourself in relation to others. The group offers an invaluable space to do this with those consciously sharing this motivation and intention.
Andrew will support the group to engage in this awareness raising process. That is to support its members to become more aware of what they need, of how they seek to meet these needs and of other potentially more satisfying possibilities as they orientate themselves in their lives with others.
